Thank you Hell’s Kitchen for coming out in force yesterday. It was our best day yet and it feels like we might be. starting to. get the hang of this. A special shout-out to R/GA! Many of you have been here from day 1 (hey Melissa!) and we totally appreciate the love. Someone asked me what’s our deal? Our deal is to make fresh delicious seasonal fare. Better than we did yesterday. We change our menu daily to maintain freshness and excitement. We use organic where we can and we work towards improving a little bit each day. I should be able to state that more succinctly but maybe cut me some slack I’m opening a restaurant here.

Speaking of, we’re open for b’fast @8 am w/complimentary Stumptown Coffee all week.
