Where we were

It’s the morning after our biggest gig to date: a pop-up for 900 at The Tedx Event, “Rise of the machines”. Sorry we had to close the shop yesterday but we needed all hands -many of them starting at midnight and working thru flippin’ way too late and since we’re not officially open I guess we didnt officially close. I’m on my 26th hour so forgive run-ons  and non-sequiturs. There’s nothing like an all nighter with the yunguns to charge the battery—or drain it, not sure. I’m in that weird place between complete exhaustion and ‘I may never sleep again’ but I’m clear on one thing: I have an amazing team. We came. We fed. We conquered.

 Next we begin to focus on 940. Much to tell, but can I do it tomorrow? I’m slightly fried–in a good way, like our most popular sandwich, The St. Luke.
